New distributor

The lobes in the dist in place now are so worn that I have had to remove the eccentric in order to set the point gap. Time for a new unit or rebuild. Repair parts will run 1/2 the cost of the lowest price after market complete unit on ebay. Is there any real difference between the $99 and the $179 unit? they appear to use the same photo.
