Yep, I'm afraid the pickle fork won't help here as there is no nut or acorn on the top of the pin. I think the solution is liquid wrench soaking for a day or two, the two hammer tap around thing suggested by a new friend on the board here and perhaps a little heat. I know, be careful as liquid wrench is flammable. Thanks to everyone. To Jack and others, I probably didn't describe my problem very well. I appreciate any help, and I'll always learn something. Hopefully as I get more tractor experience I'll make more sense in these posts.
