I am trying to find out how to test if a governor is good ar out of adjustment?
My issue is this.
I just bought the tractor less than a month ago and do not know a lot about these but want to try and diagnose if I can. Here we go!
First when you pull down the throttle I do not get an increase in rpms until the throttle is pulled all the way down.
Second it does not not seem to keep the rpms when I am going up a hill with or without a load.
Third I did test to see if when you pull on rod linkage between the carb and governor the governor does pull back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
