Oh yeah. Forgot to mention. The wife's folks picked this up back in the late 60's, early 70's for 7 grand. Back in the day when all the po' folk lived outside the city.
Add 50 years and all the po' folk moved in and the better off are moving out. Until the apartment rent prices just recently got jacked and now the po' folk are trying to move back out with no where to go.
