One of my favorite tools is my grill. I left charcoal long ago and went to lp gas. I cook most anything from steaks to ribs to corn on the cob. I put corn on the top rack and cover with garlic butter and olive oil. Flip it a few times. Best thing ever. I have learned that time and feel give the best indicators of being done.
Cooked a pork loin last night that was stuffed with kale and garlic and spices. Cooked it crispy on the outside and was terriffic. I hope you guys have a great 4th and enjoy a good cookout.
