Ace has the right idea - order online and pick up in the store - it's best mix of bricks & mortar and the Internet. The only way that bricks and mortar retail can survive entities like Amazon.com is by competing with exemplary service. Unfortunately, that means hiring better employees who will put down their smart phone long enough to provide said exemplary service.
