The radius rod bolt is rusted into the front axle. depending how bad it is rusted in will determine how hard you will have to work to get it out. Putting the nut back on flush with the end of the bolt will help protect the threads. You can also try putting a jack under the bolt and raise the tire off the ground then you can hit the top of the axle with a larger hammer. The tool others have mentioned will not help with the radius rod bolt.
