Idle RPM drop

I've noticed here the last few days that my Jubilee's idle RPM has increased by about 400 RPM. I didn't do anything or make any adjustments to it.
Also, and this is what is puzzling to me, is that when I push the clutch pedal in (in neutral), the RPM will drop by about 400 RPM. Anybody got an idea about what is happening here and what would cause to the RPM to drop with the clutch depressed?
