In the picture the tallest/closest lever is attached to the throttle on the dash. The lower lever is to the carb.
When I move the throttle lever on the dash the lever on the governor with the spring attached moves, but the lever to the carb only starts to move when I get to half throttle. This does not give me any throttle control from 0 to half on the dash.
Is it the governor that is out of adjustment or the rods? I seem to get WOT at full throttle but its all within half of the motion.
I'm sorry if I didn't explain very well. I've never worked on a stock 8n or let alone one that works properly.
I know it needs cleaned and that will happen but I wanted to see how it was supposed to work first before I take it apart.
