Oiler looks the same as a 52 8N. Use an oil squirt can to give it a few drops of oil while pressing down with the tip of the squirt can on the ball. Without a wick I wouldn't put oil in it, don't think it will get to the bushing. You can fabricate a wick pretty easy if parts places don't have them.
