9-2N battery cover

Does anyone have a spare removable battery cover that sits on the hood, under the access door to battery/fuel cap. Visiting an old(er) N thusiast today who has 3 NAN's and all have this panel which I didn't know existed. He is also asking if anyone stateside makes plough id plates for Ford plow(plough)s. He has single furrow sherman, 3 furrow ford 3-10-14 H, 2 furrow ford 10 which needs plate.
Any help on either of these 2 items contact me on email.
I am also looking for a rear light for 9-2-8N per original lighting equipment, s/hand or repro.
