I've been posting about Popeye, the 1947 2N that I've been working on. Well, I thought maybe I'd post a pic or two. The front view should make it clear why I call it Popeye. Of course the angle that the headlights have would make "Walleye(sp?)" equally appropriate but Popeye just sounded better to me. My goal was to get the old beast up and running, to sell; not to restore it, so the ugly, non-functioning headlights were no big deal. The grill guard is another story: don't know what it was originally off of but has been reconfigured along the way to accept a weight (ie: about a 4" thick chunk of steal...made it fun removing the guard).
