Bottom line: Not hard to find. I have bought them off eBay in decent shape at as low as $150 for a pair with junk tires on them.
I would not let the lack of 32 inch wheels slow me down much if that was the deciding factor on buying a tractor. There are still working tractors out there with 32's and owners glad to get rid of them for a new pair of 28 inch loop rims. Every tractor junkyard has 28 inch Ford 9N/2N centers for basically scrap price.
