Thanks for the reply, no metal gasket that I'm aware of. I've compared the two bases of block off plate and valve and with the exception of the 5/16" bolt hole in the block off plate they appear identical. I replaced the block off plate and no leak! even with the old O rings the block off plate seals so now I'm stumped.
Any suggestions are welcome
