Six or seven weeks ago I asked for thoughts on adding a control valve to a 641, UD and TOH both responded and I now have a Ford single spool valve. Now my problem, valve is in great shape and I added new O rings but have a constant leak at front right corner. I've removed the control three times, inspected the surfaces installed new O rings and reinstalled but still the leak. Could it be maybe thicker O rings in the two openings just behind the bolt on that side ? Am I missing something obvious? I also added a set screw to seal the 5/16" bolt hole in the center from the block off plate.
Any ideas to get the 641 usable would be appreciated
