I have been very slowly restoring a 1944 2N. It had what I beleive were original headlights, they are not trac-o-lights. They might be guide or some other name brand, but the lights are larger in diameter and the wire passes into the housing via a gromet and not through the mounting stud. They were mounted to the dogleg in the normal location, but used a large teardrop shape peice of metal to reinforce the dogleg mounting point. Should these headlights install with the wings or just use a regular steel cup to mount with? Also, what is the correct switch location and switch type for a 2N head light? It had a toggle switch for the light and I doubt that was correct.
