40 psi after running for two hrs is great! Need top change that oil and filter. Most here use 15w40.

To check the gov, hand goose the throttle while the tractor is running. Manually move the gov to carb. The gov should fight back.

Have you got the correct manuals? The I&T FO4 manual and a users manual are a must.
