Not surprised at all. Don't expect any change from Harvard. What I do expect is that smart employers (and their clients) are going to begin recognizing that the Ivy League schools are sacrificing quality education for DEI and adjust hiring policies accordingly. In my litigation practice, I ran into at couple of Harvard grads, neither of whom was an impressive litigator.
