I'm guessing that they will still get warm bodies who can fog a mirror, with the added benefit of being able to check the DEI boxes. Will they produce future McArthur's or Schwarzkopf's? Kinda doubt it, but will most likely produce more clowns like Milley who is still trying to understand "white rage" in his retirement.
