I was wondering the same. I'd guess that Fox has him pretty well tied up with a strong non-compete covenant. I'm just guessing here but since Twitter is technically not a news service, he may have an out. I'm sure that Musk had his attorneys dissecting it in detail and would not have made the offer if it would have exposed Tucker or Twitter to legal action from Fox.
