Try predicting come later spring as it turns to Summer.
How about Summer ending and fall beginning?
Weather guessers are notoriously wrong within 8 hours in this area.
Now if you go to Norman Oklahoma, out in the middle of it all, you can predict when it will rain, when it will stop and just about how much will come down.
That ain't gonna happen in the Pacific Northwest.
