Oil reserves

The idiot presently sitting in the oval office has declared yesterday to release 1 million barrels of our oil reserves, daily. This is to continue for 6 months or more, thus draining all our reserves, pushing us further into the abyss. In addition he is asking congress to impose stiff penalities on oil producers who fail to drill on leased lands. This mental midget needs to be confined to his basement bunker, along with his handlers.
