Never throw anything away

In 2014 I moved back to the city due to health concerns. We needed to be closer to a major hospital, my cardiologist, etc. I sold off all my tractors, implements and spare parts. Of the few things remaining was a new Wix 51004 oil filter (used on my 850). I decided to keep it and maybe the chance would come up to give it away to someone who could use it.

In 2021 we bailed out of cold, smoggy Salt Lake Valley for the sunny warmth of St George. The oil filter came with us. Finally, sometime in the last year of so, in the midst of another garage cleaning (no extra space in this garage or house) I apparently tossed the filter.

Two weeks ago I bought a gorgeous 1955 Ford Fairlane. I don't know how to attach a photo here from google photos so here's the link to the ad listing (now marked "sold"). Guess which oil filter it takes. Yep, Wix 51004.
