360 Dodge

I have been researching how to get more HP from my 1977 318 Dodge. Cheap.
An iron inlet manifold and exhaust manifolds from a 360 Dodge Magnum engine, late seventies. These vans had the 360 and 440 engines as original equipment, plus the 318.
I am having trouble finding an original 360 Magnum engine. The engine and the parts are probably not worth anything. However, can anyone help me find a 360 Magnum engine from the late seventies. I would then need to confirm the items will fit my 318. Thank you all for any help. There is a YouTube video on how to get more HP for the 318 cheap. The above was his suggestion. He seemed to know what he was talking about.
