Your a bit ahead of me with your free van. My 93 7.3 idi Turbo crewcab dually F350 set me back about $7K and has been a great hole in the asphalt since it first rolled in.

I doubled that and a bit more with just the Allison trans kit.
Let alone axle swaps, axle rebuilds, suspension work, throw in a bad paint job and a few other goodies. This was the wife's idea and she cheated on me April 19th. She moved to heaven without me and now I have a truck and no one to share it with and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
I wish she would have left me a set of marching orders as to final desires. Two big ones were ironed out a bit. The smaller ones are being decided as I go.
