We have gotten to the point of if there is a desire for an item, not waiting until Birthdays or Christmas.
But when she admits to losing it. . . . That is another item.
Her present was a "re-gift". I took a scale model of a cat dozer and put a fancy bow on it. She asked what that was for and I told her it was her "re-gift" of last year when she got the D4d Cat. We already have a house full of to much and that's enough.
I told her before Christmas that she was getting "Re-gifted" and after ignoring the typical "re-gifting" rules of not giving the same item, to the same person again, she agreed.
Her present last year goes back to a few years ago when I asked her what she desired for Christmas. "Nothing" she said. So I got it for her. In a 2X3 inch wrapped box.
She should have known better especially when I answered her question of "Do thee pants make me look...?"
Yes. I answered that one. More like attacked it knowing that my passive answer could result in pain inflicted upon me.
