BTDT. Stick with the program and do what your therapist says. It will get better.
I had left rotator cuff surgery several years ago. PAIN afterwards! Therapy finally got everything working right and I have full ROM without pain.
I fell this past fall on right side and have been doing shoulder therapy since October. Better but no cigars. Some movement is still very uncomfortable.
Today the therapist said to get with my doctor and schedule an MRI. Oh, oh.
I was really hoping to NOT have surgery. We will see. At 79, how much ROM do I need?
