I hear you, same problems. I have two high dollar Starkey's, one was bad from day one, 1-1/2 years later they caved in and replaced it. A year later they both went dead and they replaced them both. They have AI which I hate, its high tech gone berserk. Now they say that they being three years old I need the new technology ones from Starkey for $6500-9500. Mine would work fine if it were not for the high tech Artificial Intelligence that normally usually filters out Voices, TV etc. That they are supposed to enhance. I like the big TV with captions idea, just a few hundred bucks!
