Love that title! I had both knees done at the same time 18 years ago. Swore that therapist was going to hand me a bloody stump! Little gal but she knew how to use every inch!

I finished up on a Schwin Air Dyne. Lowered the seat one knotch each day as I got on it. Stopped when the seat was on the cross bar. Then I climbed around on farm equipment.

Have full range motion of both knees. Can kneel on both knees however it took much longer to get there on the left knee.

Therapy pain is part of the process but absolutely necessary if you want a full life!
