Yes. Left shoulder 2 years ago after a slip and fall on ice. We tried physical therapy first and still had limited use with pain. Had rotator cuff surgery and was 6 weeks with restraint then therapy. Have great use of it now.
Fell this past fall and injured my right shoulder. In physical therapy now. Doing home exercises along with visits twice per week at therapy center.
Much better but still some pain in certain positions/movements. Hoping therapy will take care of it. Will see.
