I had Rotator cuff surgery and had bone spurs also removed. I had it done twice on the right and once on the left. I am now a candidate for a complete right shoulder replacement. They tell me the that the Surgeon removed to much cartilage on the shoulder joint. I believe that I started back to work to soon. That was after 4 months off. My Boss was not happy with me. Both shoulders are still hurting and can not raise my arms much higher then my head. I really don't know about the shoulder replacement, if I want it. A Niece works at a bone & joint clinic and tell me good things about the replacements. My advice is do as the Doctors says and do your physical therapy.
