The trouble with a belly blade is our Fords are so low that you would have very limited height adjustment
Maybe consider a box blade?
You can set the scarifiers down to break up the sod and dirt so you can move it easier.
Also, you might ask on the Farmall/IH board over on YT.
I know that they made a belly mounted blade for the Cubs, As, Bs, and other little Farmalls.
Someone might have photos of a mounted one you can copy.
They all had much higher ground clearance though.
