If you have a local salvage yard that parts out tractors you might get lucky and get liquid free. I'm not concerned about rust out, use the chloride fill, and do it myself. 100 gallons of chloride-free, stainless steel marine pump at china (harbor) freight (cheap), adaptor for valve stem (I don't remember price). I did 4 tires in an afternoon. The salvager wants me to come and get more.
ps These are 6 loop rims NOT my "hat" rims.
