I usually take the wheel off and lay it down on 2 6x6's across from each other. This will give you enough room to get your hand throught the center hole and slip the bolt in and should you have to hold the bolt head on the other side. I use 4 bolts so the 2 other bolts stay on the center disc. Then when bolted up I slide a floor jack with a piece of wood on the end under one side and jack it up all the way. This will make lifting them easy. Roll them out and mount them.
