Depends on what information you're looking for. Here's adjustment steps for the Zenith 13876 used on Ford 8N's:
Instruction sheet states:
IDLE ADJUSTING NEEDLE turn needle in lightly until seated, then back out 1 turn.
POWER ADJUSTING NEEDLE turn needle in lightly until seated , then back out 1 turn.
Float level adjustment is 1/4 inch,
Idle adjustment--engine at operating temperature, choke valve completely open, adjust idle screw until engine runs smoothly staying on the rich side of the adjustment.
Power adjustment--engine running at governed speed under load, turn power adjusting needle clockwise until engine begins to loose power then back out until engine picks up power and runs smoothly, a richer mixture may be needed to improve acceleration.
Final settings on the Zenith carburetor: I ended up with about 2 turns out on the idle, and three turns out on the mixture. I think it all depends on the condition of the engine what the settings are.
(In = rich, out = lean) Set idle (top screw) for smooth low idle.
