This is my 1949 F1 Ford painted 8N style.
It belonged to the man who did all our hauling when we were in the Ford dealership in the late 50s to middle 60s. I built him a low two wheeled trailer and he could load anything you sent him after with a cable comeallong and a bumper jack.
He was almost blind with Retenous Pigmatasis. That is why so may dings on the truck. His son who has the same inherited eye problem gave it to me in bad condition with five coats of brushed on paint and no engine or transmission etc. Has a 350 Chev engine now with Chev 3 speed with Hurst shifter in floor. Need automatic and new rear end but is runnable if you use ear plugs!!!! :O)
