Watertown! It actually came from Lowville, NY. Somebody did a decent restoration on it including new paint, but left the fuel valve dripping. It has scared ne a couple of times with the puddles on the floor and I have tried to work the stopcock around to different angles to find a sweet spot where it shuts off completely but the only solution is to take the thing off and overhaul it.
