Hi Bob-
John Smith had the DuPont Centarri Red matched for his 8N's and I had a batch mixed up by my local DuPont dealer. I was not satisfied with the final product as it was still too orangy for me. I have met in person John and seen his tyractors up close and the red was not like mine. I still have a can and a spray can left somewhere. I posted the DuPont code somewhere here a while ago and you can take that to any DuPont dealer and they'll mix it up from the original recipe-you might get a better mix than I did. I'll try to search for it and if not here I'll send it to you if you want. It isn't cheap. The TISCO FORD MEDIUM GREY -TP-240LF is real good match for 8N grey. All the TISCO FORD REDS are too orangy for me. The TISCO IHC RED TP110LF is a close match to original Ford Vermillion and is confirmed by other Ford owners and mechanics. I think sunlight makes a big difference on colors. I see a lot of Fords in fields, books, and tractor lots and sometimes the grey looks white -and sometimes they are painted white! I don't like the orange-red and have seen many red paints fade and end up looking orangy. The New Holland codes I don't have but have seen them and they match close too.
