Bruce, that was the transmission housing I got from you. What is tore out is where the Howard tiller bolts to rear end. I went out and looked and you could be very well right about the chains. Does the Howard tiller use the same holes for mounting? I just assumed they were broke out by a tiller because it has the gear box in it.
