if it were me, I know, I know, that's easy for me to say at this point, next time I had the battery fully charged and the plugs dried, I would make sure the air cleaner hose/pipe was not connected. Then like BruceVA suggests, I would give it a go on the starter and give it a squirt of starter fluid right from the start. If that don't cause it to run at least for a few seconds, I'd be surprised. Needle and seat problem maybe. Ice problem maybe. I would go back thru any info BruceVA gave and make sure you cover all the bases there.
All the best with it, I know problems like that can be a real pain and I sympathize greatly.
