Had the same problem last week, it's was in the high twenties, tried to start my 52 8n. Carb flooded wayyyyy easier than normal, about the time I though it was going to start, I heard POP, CLANKITY, CLANK CLANK when the starter drive decided to commit suicide. So with the 8n now down, and my Willys jeep is apart getting new rings, I guess I be using the pickup for chores.
