Here's an ad from a Firestone Tire Catalog I have from the 50's with the ad for a tractor radio. Though it doesn't say it was designed for Ford Tractors, it was as Ford and Firestone were friends and both part of the 'vagabonds' group that went on camping trips with Edison and Burroughs too. Edsel's kid, William Clay Ford married Josephine Firestone as well. Neither dad was alive to witness the wedding but ther's a long history between the two families. The radio ad says it is painted in bright red too -to match the 8N??? I saw one a few years ago at an auction but passes on it. DOH!
