I have seen several factory photo's of all brands of tractors, not just Ford, that were taken with the tires reversed. I always figured that for a short duration, light loading in dry conditions that manufactures only jacked one tire at a time and positioned for proper row spacing with no concern for rotation. To get the proper wheel spacing and correct tire rotating direction means that you need to have both rear tires off at the same time. Ford made this process a lot easier with the tractor jack that lifted the whole tractor off the ground. I find it amazing how much value each one of us in the tractor collecting hobby place in these early photographs. Little did those photographers know that there work would be critiqued for many decades later.
