OK - time to R&R the OEM ratchet head bolt. Probably the easiest way to get the old bolt off is to weld a good size nut to it and use that to unscrew the old bolt. WAG but the thread on the N-series crown head bolt was 5/8-18 UNF and there is a "real good" chance the NAA used the same thread. Once you know the thread a new cap screw and HEAVY flat washer should correct the farmerization. The OEM washer was 5/8" ID, 3/16" thick, 1-7/8" OD.
