Went to cut some grass before going away for a week and the belts starting squealing. I get off to look and get sprinkled with motor oil. The leak looks like it is coming from the front seal behind the belt pulley on the crankshaft. I poured in a bottle of Lucas miracle in a can stop leak and it will sit for at least a week until I get home. It is an almost a constant small stream.
If no miracles occur it looks like I am taking the hood and the front axle off to get at the seal. Any tips, tricks, cautions? Besides a seal what gaskets will I need?
