You mentioned good flow. Give the carb a tap to see if just perchance float is sticking. Don't whack the ell out of it that would add to problems. Perhaps a night in the (carb)cleaning fluid is what is needed and clean passages with wire(torch orifices) Njoy :):) StanNMi
