The tank is painted, the cap that was sent does not look like its vented,,, the old tank had a lot of rust, was cleaning sediment bowl out a lot,,,, Where was the vent hole in the tank originally if its painted over???, I know the fuel line is clear and the screen in the elbow is clear also,,, after reading all the posts about sediment bowl being clogged at the reserve end, no more than they cost why not eliminate that as well....
