Yeah Dan, we do keep it running while we do this just so the lift won't leak down, unless you know your lift is as strong as the day it was bought new from the dealer, I would not cut the tractor off. You can if you wanted but me & dad tag teaming it together made the center dish flip pretty quick we do put it in postion control just so you can lift the rear not to high, but to have the rear tires high enough off the ground so they just come off & go on studs easier.
