Leave engine off, close valve on bottom of tank,disconnect fuel line from carb., insert end of fuel line in neck of a clear glass or plastic bottle open fuel valve on bottom of tank,observe fuel flow for at least a minute or two,if fuel flow is slow or starts out good then slows down,check fuel cap to see if it is venting properly,then shut off fuel valve,bottom of tank ,remove sediment bowl remove strainer in fuel valve check and clean as needed,while fuel line is disconected blow air back thru fuel line from carb. end of line,"use no more than 5 to 10 lbs. pressure"to remove any possible in line restrictions.If this doesn't clear up the problem you probably have a carb. problem.Good luck and God Bless Allen
