My '49 8N had been running great the day I moved it to another field. A few days later I went up to use it and it wouldn't fire.

I finally figured out the condenser had gone bad. That was China distributer parts. I ended up doing a 12 volt conversion with a Pertronix electronic ignition. Started and ran great.

I have since sold it because I had no jobs for it. It was purchased used by my Father and was in the family for 50 years.

The fellows on here used to say Blue Streak parts were American made. Not sure about now.
